Delete My Account
Please contact us via our contact form below if you wish to delete your account.
We are sorry to hear that you’d like to close your account; our customer service team are more than happy to help with any issues you may be experiencing. Remember, your Yours account is free and enables you to shop easily without having to enter your details each time!
You could try unsubscribing from our newsletters, you can do this in two ways:
- Clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails
- Go to My Account, select edit details and un-tick the box of the brand you no longer want to be contacted by.
